As part of our support service we leverage our on-line diagnostic technology server. This resides in our support operation where it monitors the heartbeat and status of all ECTX technology remote servers. This advanced system improves the service level you can offer your customers dramatically, as we are able to detect any issues or problems in real-time, thus allowing us to take the appropriate remedial action within minutes. In many cases we will have diagnosed and rectified any problems before your operation has even become aware of them.

Our support services includes the following:

• Emergency telephone assistance and maintenance services in support of ECTX technology
• Telephone support on the routine use and operation of ECTX technology
• Telephone advice and assistance on user procedures and on ideas and methods intended to assist you in obtaining the best possible use from ECTX technology
• Where telephone support fails to provide a satisfactory conclusion to a service request, then we will provide on-site assistance
• Minor amendments and revisions to ECTX technology deemed necessary provided such amendments do not depart from the agreed systems specification
• Non-bespoke modification, enhancements and updates are free of charge
