ECTX technology can be implemented either:

• On-site at your offices using you own infrastructure or
• At a designated site specified by you and under your direct control using your own infrastructure or
• Off-site in association with our infrastructure partner providing global infrastructure access enabling you to offer a full on-line trading service to your customers

Either way, a basic implementation of ECTX technology takes between 2 and 4 weeks with a 2 to 4 week beta period.

Our fee for a basic implementation is fixed and includes the following:

• Advice on how best to set up an on-line trading environment
• Supply and implementation of ECTX technology at a designated site to include a remote access Product Support link
• On-site training for traders
• User manuals

Bespoke ECTX technology enhancements, data feed conversion and additional languages are optional subject to requirements and are chargeable as per our fee schedule.

We assign a project manager to you who is responsible for looking after your individual needs. You will be required to allocate internal resources conversant with the business environment, marketplace, procedures, controls and system issues. This internal resource will be responsible for all implementation-related issues (except ECTX technology) and will manage them through to completion of the implementation and beyond. Such resource will work directly with our implementation team. All costs associated with internal resource will be borne by you.

Following delivery and final installation of ECTX technology the implementation will enter an acceptance phase. This phase will be in two distinct cycles:

1. Internal Operations Testing - this phase will be used to provide business operations, marketing, systems operation and support staff the opportunity to become familiar with the newly installed system.
2. Customer Market Testing - this phase is to allow the system to be introduced to customers under controlled conditions. From this point it is essential that there is dedicated resource to support your Internet site and "on-line" customer base.
